遼寧高科閥門(mén)制造有限公司是一家集設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售和服務(wù)為一體的專(zhuān)業(yè)制造閥門(mén)的大型高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，是國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局批準(zhǔn)的特種設(shè)備（壓力管道元件）制造許可單位。固定資產(chǎn)8500萬(wàn)元，現(xiàn)有員工360人，工程技術(shù)及管理人員55人，具有中高級(jí)職稱(chēng)21人。公司座落在“五點(diǎn)一線(xiàn)”沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶與遼寧中部城市群經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)交匯的渤海之濱——營(yíng)口市，高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和先進(jìn)裝備制造業(yè)基地。
公司總占地面積22000平方米，廠(chǎng)房面積8000平方米，辦公及試驗(yàn)大樓面積2400平方米。擁有加工中心、數(shù)控車(chē)床、立式車(chē)床、鏜床、磨床、自動(dòng)焊接機(jī)等大中型通用和專(zhuān)用機(jī)械加工設(shè)備以及無(wú)損探傷、理化試驗(yàn)、壓力檢驗(yàn)等各種檢測(cè)設(shè)備180余臺(tái)套。主要產(chǎn)品有金屬閥門(mén)、法蘭和金屬伸縮節(jié)等，共25大系列，300多個(gè)品種，口徑從DN15mm到DN2500mm，壓力從PN0.6MPa到PN32MPa。 憑借雄厚的技術(shù)力量、精良的制造設(shè)備以及完善的檢測(cè)手段，我公司除了生產(chǎn)國(guó)標(biāo)和美標(biāo)的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品外，也能根據(jù)用戶(hù)的不同要求對(duì)非標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)的閥門(mén)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行加工生產(chǎn)。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、天然氣、化工、冶金、電力、制藥以及水利和城市管網(wǎng)等各領(lǐng)域，并且在國(guó)家重點(diǎn)工程上得到使用。公司目前擁有多項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利產(chǎn)品，并有多種產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)先于行業(yè)。

Liaoning Gaoke Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a large-scale high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of valves, integrating design, research and development, production, sales, and services. It is a special equipment (pressure pipeline components) manufacturing license unit approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China. Fixed assets of 85 million yuan, with 360 employees, 55 engineering and management personnel, and 21 people holding intermediate and senior professional titles. The company is located in Yingkou City, a high-tech industrial cluster and advanced equipment manufacturing base, on the coast of Bohai Sea at the intersection of the "Five Points and One Line" coastal economic belt and the Liaoning Central Urban Agglomeration Economic Zone.
The company covers a total area of 22000 square meters, with a factory area of 8000 square meters and an office and testing building area of 2400 square meters. We have over 180 sets of large and medium-sized general and specialized mechanical processing equipment, including machining centers, CNC lathes, vertical lathes, boring machines, grinding machines, and automatic welding machines, as well as various testing equipment such as non-destructive testing, physical and chemical testing, and pressure inspection. With strong technical strength, sophisticated manufacturing equipment, and comprehensive testing methods, our company not only produces high-quality products in accordance with national and American standards, but also processes and produces non-standard valve products according to different user requirements. The product is widely used in various fields such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, pharmaceuticals, water conservancy, and urban pipeline networks, and has been used in national key projects. The company currently has multiple patented products and many of them are leading the industry.
